Class suit againts MS?

The Regiser reports that a woman seeking a class suit againts MS for charing to downgrade from Windows Vista to XP.

My {take}

I honestly don’t understand. Why are they trying to sue MS, shouldn’t they be going after Lenovo or the computer manufactures?

Picsel sues Apple

Techtree is reporting that Apple is being sued by Picsel over the rendering process that is used in the iPhone and iPod touch.

My {take}

This is not the first suit against Apple over it’s famed iPhone technology. Picsel’s suit stands a chance; they power several other devices.
