Engadget reports: that Hyundai’s makes low-cost phones which are sold in parts of Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
My {take}
“If someone wants one, then they aren’t all that *creatively ridiculous*…”. They used to be teased about their cars too: Hyundai is coming!

Mashable reports: Facebook (FB) founder/CEO Mark Zuckerberg attempts to justify the changes to their Terms of Services (TOS).
My {take}
Bottom line, the TOS stays as is. The changes will remain. They ask you for their trust. YOUR data will not be expired when/if you leave FB.

Conficker worm has infected the German, French and British military. MS and others have created a group to go after worm’s creators.
My {take}
I still think that this is the wrong approach. Why not just fix Windows? Arresting the worm’s creators still leaves the holes in Windows.

Gizmodo has a video of the new Windows Mobile 6.5 running on a HTC Touch Diamond 2 phone. Very response, very pretty - and it runs flash!
My {take}
Did I mention that it runs flash?! There are quite a few cool features, but it’s no iPhone - no pinch zoom for instance. But it has flash!!!

The Regiser reports that a woman seeking a class suit againts MS for charing to downgrade from Windows Vista to XP.
My {take}
I honestly don’t understand. Why are they trying to sue MS, shouldn’t they be going after Lenovo or the computer manufactures?

Techtree is reporting that Apple is being sued by Picsel over the rendering process that is used in the iPhone and iPod touch.
My {take}
This is not the first suit against Apple over it’s famed iPhone technology. Picsel’s suit stands a chance; they power several other devices.

O’Reilly and Palm announce the first book for building apps for webOS. First chapter NOW available (free).
My {take}
Get it while it’s hot.
Create an actual book for developers, not just some regular help files (for an API) - Better move than Apple.
