The Register is running an article that claims that the MS Research group has created a secure browsers, that is better than current versions of IE and Chrome. The down side as reported, is that the browser - a.k.a Gazelle - is slower and requires more resources than its cousins.
My {take}
Hmmm…A secure browser from Microsoft? I’m sure i’ve heard that before. They should make it an open source effort. What do you think?

FaceBook is currently the leading social network. This could all change if Google were to purchase Twitter and integrate the service directly into Gmail. Gmail includes tasks, IM and mail. Now add user stats from Twitter and iGoogle’s widgets, and we have a better FaceBook.
By all acounts, Google’s own social network Orkut hasn’t taken off in the states. What are your thoughts? Do you user Orkut?

140 characters isn’t enough to get to the point of most posts. So i’m going to use 280 characters. This what the blog says anyways
I’ll then use a max of 140 characters to outline my characters.

My {take}.
WOW! Now I don’t have to kill myself with [[NSFoo alloc] initWithTrash] anymore. I can just focus on the code and not retain/release.

My {take}
Seems like the users have won a small victory (for the time being). It’s good to see large companies listen to their users.

The {news}
Although allowing users to download episodes of South Park from iTunes. Apple has rejected an iPhone app that will stream episodes - more.
My {take}
It’s their [Apple] store, their rules. All that’s missing, are some consistent app guidelines. Is that, and cut-n-paste too much to ask for?
